Pleasentville analysis - Research and Planning
Pleasentville
Pleasentville is a 1998 fantasy comedy/drama written produced and directed by Gary Ross.
The background of the poster is black and white. This shows dull, dreary and uneventful. This represents the lives of the village/town. This partly tells you the story.
The people that have a 'orb' of orange around them represents happiness and joy. The rainbow shows goodness and happiness and point right through the couple which reflects upon the couple.
The title is in red which represents passion, desire and mostly love.
There are not any titles or anything around so not to distract you away from the couple.
Having the couple on the poster intises couples to come watch this and also girls who like romantic comedy's.
