Choice Of Software For Magazine Cover - Evaluation

For us to create a realistic and professional looking magazine cover we will need to use an appropriate. With all the resources and graphic packages Empire and other film magazines have, we won't be able to make one to the standard of theirs. However with the careful planning and precise designing of our poster we can aim to create something very good. We have a choice between Adobe Photoshop or Microsoft Publisher and we have decided to use a bit of both. the actual basics of the poster and the layout will be created in publisher as our group finds it easier to lay things out in Publisher. However we will use Photoshop to edit and add effects to pictures and titles we are going to use on the cover.
