Empire Magazine Cover - Quantum of Solace .
This front cover is Novembers issue 2009. On the cover it has Daniel Craig as James Bond. Having him with blood on his face, cuts a bruises this makes him look brave, with a gun he looks powerful and having this together makes men aspire to be like him.
The background seems to be like a dessert. You can see this by having the bright white sand and bright blue sky.
The title the Quantum of Solace is in the centre of the page in a large font making it stand out. By having the main title stand out makes everyone achonledge what the key story is about.
Having a red circle and a plus sign in red can resemble a gun bulet hole and an aim symbol relating to guns and weapons. The colour red also resembles blood and death. In the red circle it says that there are picture specials giving people an insight to the film making the audience feel special by getting to see more than anyone else.
Having the other stories down the sides gives infomation about what else is in the magazine but does not take the limelight away from the main story.
